Management!  What does this mean? Good management for the Records and Information Management professional is essential for a successful records management program.  This means that we need to be able to manage ourselves, manage, influence and guide our team for great outcomes, manage content and services within our team, and across the organisation to ensure that records management is properly monitored and people are adequately trained. And we need to be people of influence so that people want to do the right thing, understand how to do it, and remain accountable and responsible for doing it. A big ask, isn’t it?  But with the right tools and education, support from fellow peers and reporting bodies we can do it.  The following information covers topics that inform, inspire and offer practical advice. In the training, workshops and future presentations we will endeavour to include speakers who will help us grow this skill within our profession.
