Greetings all MAV ECM Step Program Participants,
Would you please find parking and accommodation details for the next ECM STEP Program Committee meeting proposed for May 10th 2013 in Warrnambool.
With reference to the agenda, the other business and late items sections are for your suggestions and possible involvement. We have three hours so plenty of time for discussions.
With reference to accommodation options, because we know there are some planning to stay overnight and into the weekend, it is my understanding that we have spoken to Jarrod (at Quest) re length of stay and group discounts, in short; there aren’t any. However there is a Warrnambool City Council discount, which is pretty good, but when people book they will need to mention that they have been quoted the Warrnambool City Council rate for accommodation. People who stay there also get free entry to the Aquazone leisure centre pools and gymnasium, which opens 6.00am, so they can have a little work-out before the meeting. Yeah, I here you say…lol..
A RIMPA Local Government Chapter committee meeting is planned at the same venue that afternoon. Details have been published using the appropriate mailing list.
